Welcome to the behind the scenes of my life. That includes the good, the bad, and the uncertain.

Born and raised in NYC, I attended the University of New Haven and graduated in 2018. During my time in college I developed a really unhealthy relationship with food and with myself. It took me a really long time and a lot of help from my friends to start me on my journey to realizing my worth is based on a lot more my appearance.

These past couple years have been hard and it hasn’t been without its highs and lows, but what journey isn’t? I have learned a lot in regards to not only fitness and nutrition but also about mental toughness and what it truly means to accept yourself.

2020 was a hard year for a lot of people. I was very fortunate to have so many opportunities presented to me in 2020. But it did not go without its hardships. 2020 did give me two of my biggest blessings; meeting my fiancé and finding out I was pregnant. Pregnancy is made to seem like the best time of your life and something to be so happy about. There are so many things that they don’t tell you about.

I am not the best with talking about how I am feeling or what I may be dealing with, ask any of my friends, my mom or my fiancé. I am hoping to use this as an outlet for myself but also in hopes that if someone reads about something I am going through or something I have went through they will know they aren’t alone and are completely valid for feeling the way they do.
